Register if you have a medical condition that makes you extremely vulnerable to coronavirus. For example, you’ll be able to ask for help getting deliveries of essential supplies like food.

Ideas for how we can all combat social isolation and look out for each other during the spread of the virus. Also links to the latest guidance and advice from government, charities and experts on how to stay safe and healthy during the outbreak.

If you are in touch with vulnerable Lewisham residents who are self-isolating and need telephone befriending or delivery services, or if you know someone who would like to volunteer to help others during the pandemic, please get them to call and we will be able to make referrals or signpost on to partners.  03330150378 (Monday-Friday 9-5, calls charged at the local rate)

Advice for all rough sleepers is to report their sleep site on street link. This means an Outreach worker can be alerted to their whereabouts and get out to see them. If they self-report it is even better but a third party can do the report also and it is better to make sure it is done.
